Delivery to local & main centres. No matter where you are we can get it to you.
Double/triple check your physical address….we don’t want anyone else getting your precious cargo.
Shipping cost is excluded from the merchandise.
A surcharge of R99 is further required for delivery.
Delivery will be within 3-7 working days, excluding public holidays and festive seasons. It also depends on where you are.
Delivery time will be during working hours from 8 to 5.
Returns & Exchange
ONLY if something is wrong with your product, (which we hope will not be the case), we offer a 14 day return or exchange period for your convenience.
When returning the product we offer a full refund (courier cost not refundable). Please be cautious when trying on or using the product, if for any reason it needs to be returned.
No product will be accepted if it smells like you (fragrance/deodorant), looks like you (make-up/stains) or has been washed. If the product isn’t in the same condition from our hands to yours back to ours, no exchange or refund will be possible.
Exchanges may be done for a different style or size, but PLEASE NOTE that the courier will be on your own cost.
Now the question is how do you return this great product?
Pack the product in the original packaging.
Email us at email@example.com with the reason for returning or whether you would like to exchange it (including details of the new size or style).
To return the product, please be so kind as to send it through registered mail with a tracking number. After we have received the product and determined that it is in a marketable state, we will arrange relevant credit via email.
PLEASE NOTE that we will only carry the cost of the courier if you have received a faulty product. We are not responsible for wrong sizes ordered or you not wanting the product anymore, so please make sure when you order.
Once we have received the package and confirmed the condition of the product, you will receive an email confirming refund within 14 days of return. Please note that we are not in control of the delays that may vary from different banks with regards to your credit return.

Delivery terms & conditions
No responsibility can be taken by us for lost parcels if you’ve entered the incorrect delivery address. However, if you have already completed the purchase and realized oops, you’ve entered the wrong address, simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your relevant purchase reference number and correct delivery address.
If you suspect your parcel has gone missing before we do, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot take responsibility for damage of physical parcels once we’ve handed it over to the courier company.
